Services
We provide vehicle detailing services (Full, Interior, Exterior) and add-ons as described on our website. Service descriptions, inclusions and pricing are vehicle-type specific and displayed on each vehicle page.Booking & Payment
All bookings are completed online via our booking flow and paid by Stripe at checkout. By booking you authorize us to charge the card provided. Full payment or a deposit (as shown at checkout) is required to confirm your booking.Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the booking amount (or the non-refundable deposit).
• No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

We rely on the customer’s water supply. If no water is available at the job site, a mobile service fee will be added. Additional vehicle surcharges apply for mini SUVs, large SUVs, trucks/minivans as shown on vehicle pages.Vehicle Condition & Pre-existing Damage
You must disclose pre-existing damage. We inspect vehicles prior to service; Spankin’ Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or latent defects.Keys & Access
We recommend handing keys directly to the technician if required. Spankin’ Clean is not liable for lost keys unless caused by our gross negligence.Photos & Marketing
We may take before/after photos for quality control and marketing. If you do not wish images of your vehicle to be used publicly, please notify us at booking or email spankincleandetailing@gmail.com.Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work on any vehicle at our discretion.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
