These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Spankin’ Clean Detailing’s websites, booking system, subscriptions, and mobile detailing services. By booking a service, purchasing a subscription, creating an account, or using our websites, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction
Spankin’ Clean Detailing (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides mobile detailing appointments, subscription memberships, and related services in Southern Maryland and surrounding areas.
These Terms apply to:
- spankincleandetailing.com – our main website and marketing pages
- spankincleandetailing.com – our online store, booking, and subscription checkout experience
- Any additional online forms, scheduling tools, or communication channels that link to these Terms
Please read these Terms carefully before booking or subscribing. If you do not agree, you should not use our services or website.
2. Definitions
- “Services” – any detailing service, subscription, add-on, or related offering we provide.
- “Appointment” – a scheduled one-time detailing visit booked through our site or any booking channel.
- “Subscription” or “Membership” – a recurring plan purchased through our online store with automatic billing on a set schedule.
- “Site” – our websites and any online portals, checkout pages, or customer dashboards.
- “You” or “Customer” – any person or entity using our Site or Services.
3. Online Store, Bookings & Accounts
Our Site allows you to:
- Browse service descriptions and pricing
- Book one-time detailing appointments
- Purchase and manage subscription plans
- Create and manage a customer account
You agree that all information you provide during checkout or account registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activities under your account.
4. Eligibility & Service Area
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our Services.
Our mobile detailing is offered within our defined service area in Southern Maryland and nearby locations. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings outside of our standard coverage or where safe, reasonable access is not available.
5. Description of Services
We provide different levels of interior, exterior, and full-detail services, as well as add-ons and upgrades. Each package description on the Site outlines what is generally included. Actual results may vary based on vehicle condition, prior damage, weather, and time available.
Unless otherwise stated, our services are intended as cosmetic cleaning and detailing. We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, defects, scratches, or oxidation.
For mobile visits, you agree to:
- Provide a safe, legal parking location where our team can work
- Ensure access to the vehicle and that it is not blocked in
- Remove personal items and valuables that you do not want us to handle
- Follow any pre-arrival instructions listed on our Site or in confirmation emails
6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any taxes, surcharges, or discounts applied at that time.
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout (for example, major credit/debit cards processed through Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the total amount for your order, including recurring charges for subscriptions.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If a payment fails or is disputed, we may suspend or cancel services and may request an alternate payment method.
7. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
We offer recurring subscription plans for different vehicle types, service levels, and billing schedules (for example, monthly, every 6 months, or annually). Specific plan details, including pricing and included services, are shown on the subscription product pages.
7.1 Automatic renewals
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the interval specified for that plan (for example, every month or every 6 months) until you cancel.
7.2 Managing your subscription
You can view and manage active subscriptions through your customer account on the Site. Subject to our policies and system limitations, you may be able to:
- Update your payment method and billing address
- Upgrade or downgrade between certain plans
- Cancel your subscription before the next renewal date
Changes may not apply to charges or bookings that have already been processed.
7.3 Cancellation of subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Access to future subscription visits will end after the current paid billing period, unless we state otherwise.
- We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods already paid, except where required by law or explicitly offered in writing.
7.4 Failed or overdue payments
If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment processor may reattempt the charge. We may suspend or cancel your subscription if payment remains unsuccessful, and any future bookings tied to that subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is resolved.
8. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
When you book an appointment, we reserve a time window and allocate staff specifically for your vehicle. Because of this, we apply the following general policies (subject to local law and any special terms shown during booking):
8.1 Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule an appointment without penalty if you contact us at least [24 hours] before your scheduled start time. Reschedule requests made after this window may be treated as a late cancellation.
8.2 Cancellations
If you cancel an appointment:
- More than [24 hours] in advance: Any pre-paid amounts may be applied to a rescheduled appointment or refunded, as described during checkout.
- Within [24 hours] of the appointment: We may charge a late-cancellation fee of up to [X% of the service price or a fixed fee] to cover reserved time and travel.
The exact fees and time frames will be stated on the booking and checkout pages. If local law limits or restricts such fees, we will follow the applicable law.
8.3 No-shows & access issues
A “no-show” occurs when our team arrives within the agreed time window but is unable to start work for reasons within your control (for example, vehicle not present, no access, or repeated inability to reach you). In these cases, we may:
- Mark the appointment as completed or canceled without refund, and/or
- Charge a no-show fee of up to [X% of the service price or a fixed fee]
8.4 Weather & safety
We may reschedule or modify services in cases of severe weather, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If that happens, we will work with you to choose a new date or adjust services as reasonably possible.
9. Customer Responsibilities
To help ensure the best possible results and a safe work environment, you agree to:
- Remove personal items, valuables, and fragile belongings from the vehicle before our arrival
- Disclose any known issues (for example, leaks, electrical problems, aftermarket accessories, or prior damage)
- Ensure reasonable access to the vehicle and adequate space for our team to work
- Follow any pre- and post-care instructions we provide
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle, except where required by law.
10. Satisfaction & Re-Work
We aim for every detail to meet a high standard. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within [24–48 hours] of the appointment with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and, at our discretion, may:
- Offer guidance on normal wear or realistic expectations, and/or
- Schedule a touch-up visit, credit a portion of the service, or provide another reasonable remedy
We are not obligated to provide re-work or refunds for issues reported outside the stated time frame, or for conditions clearly disclosed before service (such as heavy staining, severe damage, or rust).
11. Damage, Limitations & Vehicle Condition
Our team takes care to work safely and respectfully around your vehicle. However, detailing involves the use of water, cleaning agents, and tools. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects, including but not limited to cracked trim, failing clear coat, prior poor repairs, or fragile surfaces.
- Some defects may become more visible after proper cleaning (for example, scratches or paint chips revealed after dirt removal).
- We use professional-grade products and test where appropriate, but cannot guarantee that every material will react identically.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or subscription period giving rise to the claim.
12. Photos, Videos & Reviews
With your consent, our team may take before-and-after photos or short video clips of your vehicle for quality control, training, or marketing (such as our gallery or social media posts). We will not publicly show license plates or other identifying information on purpose.
If you prefer that we do not use photos of your vehicle for marketing, please let us know at or before your appointment, or email us at spankincleandetailing@gmail.com.
If you submit a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content (including your first name and general vehicle type) on our Site and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise.
13. Gift Cards, Credits & Promotions
From time to time we may offer gift cards, promo codes, or account credits. Unless otherwise stated:
- They are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- They may expire on the date listed or after a reasonable period, as permitted by law.
- Only one promotion may be used per order, and offers may not be combined.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
14. Third-Party Tools & Services
We rely on third-party platforms for payment processing, booking, analytics, and other functionality. Your use of those tools may also be governed by the third parties’ own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party sites or services.
15. Changes to Services, Pricing & These Terms
We may update service offerings, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For active subscription customers, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect recurring billing or key service terms.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Maryland], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services will be handled in a manner consistent with applicable law in that state.
